AutoWebinarPro

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of AutoWebinarPro, a webinar campaign platform that lets businesses build registration pages, collect registrant information, send event reminders, and connect their own Zoom account to create registration-required meetings. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use AutoWebinarPro to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or message people who have not given you permission to contact them;
  • Collect personal information without an appropriate legal basis or required disclosures;
  • Upload or distribute unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content;
  • Attempt to access another customer's data, interfere with the service, or circumvent security controls;
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

You are responsible for the content of the pages you publish and the messages you send, and for complying with applicable marketing, privacy, and telecommunications laws (including consent requirements for email and SMS).

Zoom integration

If you connect your Zoom account, you authorize AutoWebinarPro to perform the actions you request through the Zoom API — such as creating meetings and adding registrants — using the permissions you grant during authorization. Your use of Zoom remains subject to Zoom's own terms and policies. You can disconnect your Zoom account at any time from Settings, which revokes our access and deletes your stored Zoom tokens.

Your data

You retain ownership of the content and registrant data you add to the service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and transmit that data to operate the service on your behalf. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep the service reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available." We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoWebinarPro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your access ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable period, unless we are required to retain it by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
