AutoWebinarPro
Last updated: October 2026
AutoWebinarPro is a webinar campaign platform. Businesses use it to build registration pages, collect registrant information, send event reminders, and connect their own Zoom account so registration-required meetings are created automatically and each attendee receives a personal join link. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and how long we keep it.
Account information. When a business creates an AutoWebinarPro account, we collect the name and email address of the account holder and the organization they belong to.
Registrant information. When a visitor registers for a webinar through a page built with AutoWebinarPro, we collect the information the business requested on its registration form — typically a name and email address, and optionally a phone number for reminder messages.
Zoom connection data. When a business connects its Zoom account, we receive and store an encrypted access token and refresh token, along with the connected Zoom user's display name and email address. We use this solely to perform the actions the business requests, such as creating meetings and adding registrants. We never see or store the business's Zoom password.
Usage data. We collect standard technical information such as browser type, pages visited, and timestamps to operate, secure, and improve the service.
We use the information we collect to:
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use registrant information for our own marketing.
We share information only with the service providers needed to operate AutoWebinarPro, and only for the purposes described above:
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.
We retain account and campaign data for as long as the business's account is active. Registrant data is retained so the business can run its campaigns and review performance. When a business disconnects its Zoom account, we delete the stored Zoom tokens promptly. A business may contact us at any time to request deletion of its account and associated data.
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest. Zoom access tokens are stored encrypted and are never exposed to browser code or to other customers. Access to customer data is restricted to what is needed to operate and support the service.
Businesses can access, correct, export, or delete their data from within the application or by contacting us. If you registered for a webinar hosted by a business using AutoWebinarPro and want to access or delete your information, please contact that business directly, or contact us and we will forward your request.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email.
Questions about this policy or about how your information is handled can be sent through our support page at autowebinarpro.com/support.
